This trail start from the bus stop of Goshikinuma-iriguchi and end to the bus stop of Urabandai-Kogen.
During the walking, you can enjoy many kinds of swamps which has various water colors, such as emerald green and cobalt blue.
Besides the trail, there are many good trails near Nakase swamp if you base the Ubabandai Kyukamura.

In addition, the Memorial musium of Hideyo Noguchi (1876-1928) is close to the area.
He was the medical scientist and discovered the syphilitic spirochete first in the world.
He is also known for his research and death on yellow fever in Africa.
In the musium, the original old house where Hideyo was born are well reserved.
