Ama no Hashidate is the one of the three beautiful scenery in Japan.
It is the natural sand bar ground created in Miyazu bay in north Kyoto prefecture. From 'Ama no hashidate viewland' on top of the mountain behind, you may enjoy nice view of the sand bar covered by many pine trees.

From Kyoto station, there is local railway line called 'Kyoto Tango Tetsudo Miyazu line' to Miyazu.

In the second day, after coming back to Kyoto, you may walk in the trail to Fashimi-Inari shrine in the south of Kyoto city. Inari-Yama is the small mountain just behind the Fushmi-Inari shrine and it is so famous for tremendous numbers of red Torii-gates. Those Torii-gates are dedicated by each person who pray their prosperous businesss.
