Tokyo National Musium is the biggest musium in Japan located in Ueno Park and has almost 100,000 valuable items from all over Japan and Asian countries. Entrance fee is only 620 yen.
Except for the many exibition halls, there is beautiful garden, suveniour shop for your shopping and nice restaurant in the Houryuji temple treasure building.

For your lunch, I recommend the Towari-soba noodle lunch set 1080 yen near the Ueno station.
After that you may move to Asakusa by Metro line, and enjoy the walking in Thunder Gate and Nakamise shopping street.
